FEES
Our fees are not refundable. While Consular staff will give you as much advice as they can, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are obtaining the correct service. If you are unsure, you may wish to take legal advice before booking the service.
HOW TO PAY
Fees for consular services are paid at the Embassy by Visa/MasterCard in GBP on the day of the application. You should ensure you receive a receipt.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
Please note that you will have to pass through Security upon arrival at the Consulate. You should expect your belongings to be checked, and you will be asked to present your passport. Please do not bring laptops or other electronic devices.
If you need to cancel or modify your booking, you will be able to do so by following the link in the confirmation e-mail or you can sign in and follow the link ‘cancel appointment’.
DATA PROTECTION
The Foreign and Commonwealth Office holds and uses data for purposes notified to the Information Commissioner under the Data Protection Act 1998 (which may be viewed on the Information Commissioner's Office website ).
